Iconoclast People Pty Ltd trading as Sierra Coaching (the Company) provides outsourced human resource management services, workshops and coaching services to clients. This policy sets out how the Company complies with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (“the Act”). This policy explains how the Company collects, uses, discloses and otherwise handles personal information relating to individuals, whether or not they are customers or clients. It also explains how you can ask to access and correct the personal information we hold about you or your business or complain about any suspected privacy breach.
